I came across Jared some time ago when I found his blog and after reading a couple of articles from this guy I was hooked. He just came across so as a normal guy who spent a lot of time studying and training in his field. Jared, like myself also had a huge problem with love handles when he was younger. This led him to study everything on the subject and define a niche for himself within the crowd of fitness guys.
I reached out to Jared back when I had my love handle problem and he spent a good deal of his time helping me for free. He never asked for anything. He was just amazed that someone thought of him as an expert as he just views himself as an average guy who loves fitness and shares his knowledge on line. Well I have to say that after a couple of talks with him and then putting what he told me into action I can say that I no longer have a love handle problem.
I’m no super model or anything lol, but I have finally got rid of this problem area. It’s funny because so many people think it’s only women who have love handle problems and that isn’t true at all. Many men suffer from the same problem and it’s one of the hardest areas to get rid of in my opinion.
